Now into its second year, The Women of India Leadership Summit is here to sow the seeds of an environment that supports the maverick & unstoppable​ Indian woman who is​ focus​ed on getting ahead and making her mark in every area of her life​, who ​is  no longer willing to be a victim of circumstances nor​ subjected to another’s authority and stands and shines as an​ equal in society.

The 14​ sessions at the summit invite interactive participation, in the form of workshops and panel discussions on self-defense creating safety and security, thriving in rape culture,​financial independence, legal rights, conscious parenting,​ living alone and body image with guest speakers including Naina Lal Kidwai, country head HSBC; Mahabanoo mody-Kotwal, producer of Vagina monologues India; Kaizaad Kotwal, Emmy awardee and  Karamveer Chakra Award winner; Designer & entrepreneur Poonam

The Summit, under this year's​ theme ‘Invest in yourself’ aims to create a community of change makers who, by acquiring practical techniques & skills will further start a chain reaction for women in their communities to be able to take a stand be it financially, emotionally or physically.
