Event Description : "Pots, Platters and Me Returns" an exhibition of artworks by Avani Singhania.
About the artist :
Pots, Platters and more… features some of Avani Singhania’s recent explorations with stoneware & earthenware. 10 year old Avani has experimented with overlapping colours and third firing with lusters to put together a delightful collection, ranging from functional tableware to large scale installation. She has been learning pottery and ceramics arts under the guidance of Ms. Ela Mukherjee, a famous ceramic artist and a winner of Charles Wallace Awards.
Avani is creative and innovative in her concept and has delicate hands for her age. Her other interests include dancing, singing and playing basketball.
