Event Description : Old World Culture presents "The Empire" English Stand up comedy by Anuvab Pal.

Starting with a disclaimer, the show is not even loosely based on the history of India under the British Empire. Neither is it a boring recounting of the history of The British Raj in India. No. That’s BBC drama. Perhaps in the genre of a comedy rock concert, this rollicking show looks at many very funny episodes, sketches, characters explored by a rather cowardly Bengali man under an influence- the British influence.
