Event Description : The Students, Staff and the Mangement  of the Blind Relief Association, Delhi will celebrate the 68th Independence Day of India.

Smt.Arvind Manjit Singh, Joint Secretary, Department of Culture, Government of India has kindly consented to be the Chief Guest.

The programme includes flag hoisting by the Chief Guest, followed by a short cultural programme comprising patriotic songs and dance and poetry recitation by the students from the Association's different units.
