About the Speaker: Mrs. Manorie Mallikaratchy, is a graduate from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. Her post graduate qualifications include a Executive Masters on International Negotiations and Policy Making from the Graduate Institute of International Relations and Development Studies in Geneva and Masters of Arts on International Relations from University of Colombo. She joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sri Lanka in 2003 and since then was on assignment in Cairo, Geneva previously and currently as the Minister Counsellor at the Sri Lanka High Commission in New Delhi. Her expertise are on issues related climate change, sustainable development and international environment governance.
About the Organization: The organization is an apolitical and not-for-profit forum. Spearheaded by a group of prominent Indian diplomats, journalists and academicians, the organization strives to enable the youth of India to think, decide, connect and matter on India's Foreign Policy.
