Children’s summer theatre workshop presentation, the play presents children’s perspective on the recent elections.
28th June :
Helmet Rani (Hindi/English/15mins)
Director and Writer : Sarita Vohra
Depicts a group of boys and girls confronting each other in a coffee shop after watching the latest blockbuster Hindi film Queen. The play deals with the issue of eve teasing.
Sukoon Park Ka Sukoon (Hindi/English/15mins) Deals with the menace of late night parties which Delhites revel in and how it shatters the peace of neighbours living in the vicinity.
Aadab-Askaar (Hindustani/15mins)
A poignant tale about two elderly train blast survivors belonging to two different communities who stray into a desolate wayside shelter.
Voh Ek Note Muchhada Sa! (Hindustani/10mins)
Writer : Sarawjeet Sarv.
The heart-rending true story of an abandoned old man in a remote village in Punjab. Network Kshetra Se Baahar (Hindustani/10mins) A satire on the numerous impediments faced by an overworked writer and the resultant frustration faced by him.

A comic musical about a motley group of senior citizens who meet each other during their morning walks and share concerns about ageing and the high drama they face when they come on board a private jet to attend a wedding in Lahore.
