Kaam Ka Bamboo Mat Le Shambhu is a corporate-comedy play with a message. Shambhu gets a job in a private company through the reservation quota & he then begins to observe office politics. But because of his hard work and efficiency, he becomes the project head and teaches the other staff members the importance of teamwork. Slowly & steadily, he improves the office atmosphere and introduces his slogan Kaam Ka Bamboo Mat Le Shamboo.
