Schedule:

28th March, 6:00 pm (on view till 31st March; 11:00 am - 7:00 pm)
A formal opening with an Art Exhibition and Folk Music performance.

29th March, 5:00 pm onwards
Poets and Writers Meet in the Gallery

30th March, 5:00pm onwards
Some of the eminent artists of Delhi would participate in a Artists Workshop and execute art works, where one can have the pleasure of watching artists live, this will be followed by Delhi Ka Chaat.

31st March, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM: Concluding day
Screening of films on Art. Films by eminent artists Gopi Gajwani, Kavita Nayar, Kanchan Chander, Seema Kohli and Sangeeta Gupta would be screened.


About
Prithvi Fine Art and Cultural Centre: PFACC is a non – profit organization constituted to keep the cultural and social heritage of our country alive. It is a charitable society, registered under Societies Registration Act of 1860. The Society targets at creating awareness and enhancement of cultural traditions of India in public through various art exhibitions, seminars and workshops.  Along with this, the Society produces films on literary personalities, fine arts and music.

Prithvi Fine Art and Cultural Centre in conjunction with the Claridges, Suraj Kund organized its first art exhibition “My Life, My Way!” which was held in April 2011. The Society organized its second art camp (June, 2012) in Leh-Ladakh in collaboration with Jammu & Kashmir Lalit Kala Academy. The camp included 17 of India’s most well known artists.   

The society organized a solo exhibition of paintings of Sangeeta Gupta at ICCR, New Delhi. The show was inaugurated by the former President of India; Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam in August, 2013 and was dedicated to Uttarakhand. The fund (Rs. 20 Lakhs) raised through sale proceeds of the paintingshas been utilized for creating a Fine Art Education grant for the students of Uttarakhand in collaboration with Department of Culture, Government of Uttarakhand.

The society has produced five documentary films (1) Keshav Malik: A Look Back (2) Keshav Malik: Root, Branch, Bloom (3) Keshav Malik: The Truth of Art on the legend poet and art critic Keshav Malik (2012-13) (4) Mahakumbh : Aastha ka Mahaparv and (5) Weaves of Time.
