Event Description : 'Seeking Water' an exhibition of photographs by Justin Rabindra.
Drown yourself in his photographs as he takes you on a journey of bays, rivers, lakes and seas.

Artist's Comment : I quit the corporate world early last year to do full time photography. 
Professionally I shoot food, portraits, interiors and even the occasional wedding.

My first love was landscape photography which went well with the travels that I did with the family, and on business. I mean why would you go to Vienna for a conference and not take a couple of days off to explore the city with your camera? It has since extended to other genres, examples of which you'll find represented here. What do I enjoy shooting most? Difficult question. I enjoy it all but if I had to pick one it would have to be travel and food. OK, that's two.

I've done a couple of solo exhibitions along the way. One titled 'Serendipity' at the India Habitat Centre in 2008 and 'Wanderlust' at the Alliance Francaise in 2009. I held a joint show with award winning South African artist Margi Blewett in Cape Town in 2008. All on travel.


I was born in a small coastal town in Tamil Nadu called Tuticorin, grew up in KL and Chennai and am now settled in New Delhi with my wife and daughter.
