'Mann Faqeeri' will be screened this time.
Mann Faqeeri delves into the depth and complexity of Kashmiri Sufi poetry and music. Using the landscape of Kashmir, it takes the viewers on a journey through this mostly unknown and endangered art form.

Background :
The IGNCA Film Circle screens two Films a month on the second and fourth Friday. We have entered a MOU with PSBT to screen some selected films from their collection.
The Media Centre at the IGNCA was set up as a support unit for the various divisions of the organization. On the occasion of the silver jubilee of the IGNCA, the Media Centre came up with a catalogue of films which have emerged from research projects of the divisions. The Media Centre has entered into an agreement with DD-Bharati under the aegis of which it has contributed over 200 hours of programming.
