Event Description : Colors Corridor presents 'Vibhuti' An Enthralling medley of masterpieces - An exhibition of paintings by 8 eminent artists.

Colors Corridor has organized many exhibitions in the past, and has invariably succeeded to impress the art lovers with paintings, sculptures and art works displayed in the shows. ‘Vibhuti’ presents an eclectic collection of paintings on oil, acrylic, mixed media. Some paintings offer refreshing experimentations with innovative media.
Paintings of Anil Kumar Goswami, Kumar Gaurav, Ravinder Tomar and Umesh Prasad, Uma Shankar Shah, Dr. Seema Sharma Shah, V Nagdas, and Haribaabu Naatesan are for display in the show.
One will be treated by the Radha Krishna Series of figurative work by Ravindra Tomar. These bright acrylics present mysterious side of the talented artist whose varieties of landscapes have almost become a trademark of his style. Kumar Gaurav is a young artist who is equally adept in sculptures as well as paintings. In the show, his paintings show a depth and fineness that inspire awe and admiration.
Umesh Prasad’s paintings are displayed under the title of Shoonya. Although these paintings portray the myriad dimensions of emptiness, yet the bright paints and distinguishing elements that catch one’s fancy delineate these extraordinary canvases. Anil Kumar Goswami has of late been in news for his sculptures and paintings. His brilliant works are part of the show. His masterly works touch a middle path between figurative and abstraction.
In several of its previous shows, Colors Corridor has presented beautiful paintings and etchings of V. Nagdas. A leading artist of the contemporary art world, his paintings in oil medium is on display in this show.  As ever, his paintings here are so wonderfully intricate that one would require more time than usual to establish a communiqué of some kind with them. Works of Haribaabu Naatesan, the Mumbai based artist, occupy a corner in the exhibition but enjoy a world of their own. Famous for his life-size beetle car he created for German Auto major, Volkswagen, to popularize their ‘Think Blue Philosophy’, his green concept based installations in the form of wall-hangings are refreshingly charming.
Uma Shankar Shah, the artist from Nepal, who like a crusader has successfully popularized Maithili tradition of painting all over world, has come up with entirely new series of oil paintings which can simply be depicted as poetry in abstraction. Also on display are the works of his wife, Dr. Seema Sharma Shah, who is also a painter par excellence in her own right. Created with multi-colored print making technique, a good series of canvases of her paintings adore the walls of the show.
