Event Description : PSBT presents 'An Outpost Of Delhi' Hindi/English Film screening. 
The film tells the story of urbanistation in Indian cities, epitomised by three very diverse
residents of the 'unauthorised' village of Aya Nagar, situated on the margins of the Indian capital, New Delhi. Screening followed by panel discussion.
