Event Description : India Habitat Centre and The Gati Dance Forum are co-hosting 'Left Foot [✔]: Discovering Dance with Young People' from December 11-30, 2012. Left Foot [✔] is a dance appreciation module designed for young people in the age group 14-17 years. This workshop, conducted over 12 sessions, acquaints participants with Dance, its universal elements, its energy and excitement, its fascinating variety and its incredible beauty! Accesible and participatory, this workshop encourages young people to connect with dance through their own experiences. And delve in to the world of the body, movement and rhythm through playing, watching, talking, writing and dancing of course!
