Event Details : 'India Human Development Report 2011' Presentation by Dr Santosh Mehrotra, Director General, Institute of Applied Manpower Research.
The second report of its kind, it uses indicators such as employment, assets, nutrition, education and housing, to gauge trends in disparities between states, and to see if outcome indicators for SCs, STs and minorities are converging with those for the rest of society.
