Event Details : Delhi Music Society presents Piano Recital by Loraine Balen Tatto from Brazil
One of Brazil’s most famous pianists, Loraine Balen Tatto performs annually in Europe, Asia, South and Central America, spreading knowledge of classical Brazilian music, and is known especially for her interpretation of Heitor Villa-Lobos. She has also published two books of poetry. In 2006 she received an international award for culture from Italy.
She will present works by Heitor Villa-Lobos, Alberto Nepomuceno, Francisco Mignone and Lorenzo Fernandez.
