Event Details : CanSupport’s Annual Remembrance Day which salutes the lives of patients who were looked after by CanSupport homecare teams. On this day, CanSupport invites families of those who they have cared for but are no longer with us, to come together and honor the memory of their dear departed. It also enables members of the home care team to say their final goodbyes and take heart from the fact that the families they supported have coped and moved on. Dr. Sangeeta Gaur, a well-know Sufi singer will perform at the occasion.
