Event Details : Minnaminungukal Puppets Theatre Co. presents 'Until Life' A special puppetry show.
Until Life consists in the layering of shadows, puppets, masks and acting, organized as a patchwork of short stories. All are centered, formally, on a screen which alternatively represents a tree, the planet, the cosmos... Fundamentally, they try to question the behaviour of the human kind.
Minnaminungukal is a Thrissur (Kerala)-based puppets theatre company which name means "fireflies". Though its productions sometimes take inspiration from traditional arts and folklore, they always address contemporary issues and are keen on relating their topic to the concerns to the modern audience.
