Event Details : 'Emerging Health Problems and their Solutions : Understanding and Managing Problems' a talk by Dr. Priyanka Goenka, Psychologist, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and B.L. Kapur Memorial Hospital, Delhi who has trained in areas of Counseling, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), time line therapy etc.
What happens when things do not shape up in the way we want? We prefer to call that situation as a problem. The talk focuses on understanding the word called problem better with an intention of impart skills which enhance the ability to cope in those situations.
Third in a new series of lectures being coordinated by Dr. Raman Kapur. The changing lifestyle of Indians has
reduced the physical activities of people, particularly in urban India leading to rapid onset of many diseases.
