The talk focuses on the health effects that have largely been attributed to the antioxidant content of tea beverages and the French Paradox, a term coined in 1992 to describe the relatively low incidence of cardiovascular diseases among the French population, despite their high dietary intake of saturated fats.
Speaker : Dr. Subhash Airy who has worked in the US for over forty years in research and development of new therapeutic pharmaceutical products and has served as a Division Governor, Toastmasters International, Texas region.
