Salman Rushdie narrates the discovery of an American abstract painter, Harold Shapinsky (1925 – 2004) by Akumal Ramachander. Living in obscurity for 40 years, Shapinsky was a contemporary of Jackson Pollock, Rothko and Franz Kline.
