Event Details : I-Entertainment cordially invites you for the staging of its play  'Bhasmasura’ - a musical non-verbal play.
Directed by Imran Khan (Artistic Director of I-Entertainment) ‘Bhasmasura’ is a unique play without any dialogues – the story is told by three actors simply by means of dancing movements, mime and visuals.   Bhasmasura is the story of a demon (named Bhasmasura) who worshiped Lord Shiva for decades and the Lord, being pleased by his worship, gave him a boon of a unique power. This power was that whenever the demon would rest his right hand on anyone’s head, that person will immediately burn and turn into ashes. The story unfolds as to how Lord Shiva repents giving this boon to Bhasmasura and seeks help from Lord Vishnu. The play depicts how Lord Vishnu with his sharpness defeats the demon without any war at all.
