Voted #2 in the “top live acts of the year” at DeBug Leeserpoll and reaching the “top 15” position on the US Billboard chart’s “next big sound” in 2013, antiSOCIAL brings you nothing but the best of musical talent across countries. This Thursday, delve into soothing electronic melodies as HVOB performs a fresh set from their latest album "Silk" live at the HKV outpost.

Hailing from Austria, the duo Anna Muller and Paul Wallner (HVOB) have established themselves on the international electronic music scene not just with their releases, but more significantly as a live act as well. For their latest album Silk, they’ve enlisted the help of collaborator Winston Marshall of Mumford & Sons, resulting in an album that is an emotionally charged take on dance music forming a new and dark HVOB sound. The collaboration goes beyond production of the new album to include a joint tour. Having started in April, HVOB and Winston Marshall have taken their own light and visual show to 15 European cities. The band brings their SILK Album tour to India this June and although Winston will not be joining them, they will be performing LIVE with their drummer Frank Schachinger.

Supporting this big act will be Micronaut, whose musical snapshots draw their expressive power and liveliness from a play of contrasts: Between 2-Step, broken Bass Music rhythms and stomping straightness, between catchy melodies and subliminal drama, between electronic sound synthesis and human vocals, these little bits and pieces might be of very different nature but together they complement each other in perfect harmony, thus creating the Panorama of a soundscape that is one of a kind.  Carefully arranged, the single tracks reveal unheard new perspectives on music genres, crushing their boundaries in a very playful way.

In queue is OX7GEN, the alter ego of drummer Aditya Ashok. His love for Drum & Bass brings a myriad of influences to OX7GEN's sound and adding layers of versatility and levelling to a one of a kind dance floor experience. As a result, Ashok has managed to make his presence felt by playing every major festival in the subcontinent. Right from the beaches of Goa's Sunburn & Supersonic festival to the hills of north India’s Escape Festival as well as closing the Bacardi NH7 Weekender's Electronic stage for 3 years in a row. During this journey, he has ended up supporting some of the biggest names in the international electronic music scene including London Elektricity, Netsky, KOAN Sound, Alix Perez, Concord Dawn, Dub Phizix & Nymfo to name a few.
