Event Description: Sufi Heritage Festival

Set amidst the historic gardens of Sunder Nursery, the Sufi Heritage Festival 2026 – is a rare cultural gathering that celebrates the timeless of openness, inclusivity, love, and shared humanity. Over the course of 2 days, the festival brings together music, poetry, dance, craft, and storytelling to create a space for reflection, dialogue, and connection — where ancient traditions meet contemporary voices, and heritage feels deeply alive.

Experience powerful performances and conversations featuring Sona Mohapatra, Daler Mehndi, Sonam Kalra, Saumya Kulshreshta and Buland, Marham Poetry, The Aahvaan Project, Sabr Se – Mujtaba Khan, Shinjini Kulkarni, and the Murad Ali Ensemble, amongst others.

From soul-stirring music and spoken word to expressive movement and experimental sound, the festival offers both traditional and modern interpretations of Sufi thought.

Beyond the stages, the festival invites you to slow down and participate. Engage in workshops and interactive sessions exploring craft traditions and creative expression. Wander through a curated artisanal bazaar featuring handwoven textiles, carpets, perfumes, and soulful handmade wares.

Drawing inspiration from the lives, poetry, and teachings that shaped the Sufi tradition, the festival offers an artistic and spiritual journey that gently bridges the past with the present.
