Ganapathy mudra is a very ancient  Himalayan meditation technique being revived again in modern times. In a nutshell it’s a very high intensity meditative process which converges and integrates various principles and elements (Pancha Bhoota) of existence into one act or point.  Ganapathy Mudra is probably the  most effective and powerful meditation    technique ever  disclosed to    Mankind. Its sharing and practice was restricted to   highly spiritually advanced  yogis /sadhus and  sincere  seekers  of Himalayas. However, with challenging times facing mankind, this rule  has been relaxed by the eternal Masters of the Universe.

Pradosha in Sanskrit literally means evening time or a state of disorder and it falls           twice a month ie. on the 13th day from full moon and on new moon. It is a very special time and opportunity to connect with our source (in this case our past karmas and conditioning). It is also a very auspicious time to request the all-mighty Time (Kala) to heal/amend/rectify our past karmas and thus improve greatly our present moment. On Pradosha the Almighty consciousness-power is worshiped as Lord Shiva and Mother Parvathi. Some rituals and Puja will be performed.

 Kundalini Nath Darshan
Kundalini Nath is the lord of Kundalini and blessing of the deity will be sought for each and every participant of the workshop. Especial “SHILA PADUKA” of the Lord from Himalayas will also be placed for darshan and deep inner-connection.
