Bio of the artist: Manohar Balatchandirane 

Recognised as the finest upcoming artist in the capital today, Manohar Balatchandirane started his mridangam tutelage under the guidance of Guru Kumbakonam Dr. N. Padmanaban. 

He is presently undergoing further training under Guru Shri BC Manjunath. He has performed across the globe with several senior artists.

An MBA from XLRI, Manohar is a recipient of the National Bank Shree Honour and a scholarship holder from the Ministry of Culture. 

Manohar hopes to bring Carnatic and Hindustani Music together in a seamless rhythmic blend
