Event Description: Sunday Jazz ft. Shreya & Shonai
Shreya & Shonai are a New Delhi-based jazz duo. Formed
in the autumn of 2018, the duo shares rare musical telepathy, combined with a lush sound. From rare standards, repurposed or rearranged old favourites, Broadway, ballads, the duo has an expansive repertoire — all delivered with their signature sound.
Shreya is known for her emotive interpretations of songs, and Shonai brings the dexterity of jazz musicianship combined with his haunting sensitivity. Together the duo takes the audience on a journey covering the entire spectrum of human emotion — with a generous dash of entertainment.
