The name of the show is a routine answer to any problem by Aashish Kwatra.

The show features his struggle with the language English, his love for marijuana and all the fucked up decisions which made him feel like a Legend, in his own head. In real life, he is struggling to manage his free time and when the struggle and anxieties about having too much free time reach a saturation, his brain goes "ik joint roll karle?" and he goes "Aisa Karlo" to himself.
