Event Description: Ilhaam, Hindi Play

Is life truly that difficult as we perceive or is it just another myth in our collection of myths? Does life actually have a thousand ways to it, or is it just thousands of people perceiving the same road differently? A story which attempts to answer life’s questions through a journey of the play’s protagonist. Bhagwan Singh finds himself somewhere in the middle ground between this materialistic world and the pull of an ‘enlightened’ way of being. Equally concerned about his beloved family as well as the freedom which he feels in being in a state in which nature creates us, Ilhaam outlines the dilemma such a state brings in his life.  Does he resolve his dilemma, and how? A story that begins at the end, a story which we witness in, or around, our lives, but hardly get a chance to live it.
