Event Description: THEATRE: Shoonya presents Ashad Ka Ek Din, Hindi Play

This time Shoonya takes "Ashad ka Ek Din" to National Crafts Museum & Hastkala Academy, Pragati Maidan. An open space surrounded by tall primaeval trees of bargad neem peepal, chirping birds, squeaking squirrels, ancient artefacts, handmade huts, handicrafts, sculptures and much more.

With a unique set up resembling Sanskrit era best suited for "Ashad ka Ek Din" this one of a kind performance certainly promises a cultural evening filled with true emotions.

A perfect Sunday evening for theatre lovers.

Shoonya's first performance of this play was on Mohan Rakesh's 98th birth anniversary i.e. 8th January 2018 in presence of his wife Neeta Rakesh and son Sankalp Rakesh. This made it a remarkable performance.

Since then Shoonya has performed the play on different occasions and venues.
