Event Description : Samarth Theatre Group presents Mamtaaz Bhai Patang Wale, Hindi Play.

About the play: In life there is one person we always look up to. This person is our personal hero. But, what happens when we realize that this person isn't the hero we were expecting? 
One day when Mamtaaz bhai falls ill, he sends a message to Bikki. As Vivek receives the message, he goes down memory lane. Memories of idolizing Mamtaaz bhai. Memories of a happier life. Memories of the time when he burnt Mamtaaz bhai's kite shop to ashes and ran away. What was it about Mamtaaz bhai that pushed him down Bikki's pedestal and led Bikki to burn down his shop?
When Vivek returns the memory of his childhood mistake haunts him, just like his life in Delhi. Even as he feels elated to be part of the rat race, he finds himself stuck into an abyss of unhappiness and discontent. 


As Vivek travels back to Bikki, the question remains, why aren't our jokes funny anymore?
