About Raasrang Flute Festival

The 10th edition of Raasrang World Flute Festival co-sponsored by Indian Council of Cultural Relations (ICCR), Sangeet Natak Akademi and Ayushman India foundation. This festival is also unveiled and autographed by the Honourable President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee and students from Sandipani School performed Vande Mataram choreographed by Shri. Naveen Kumar in the grand finale at Rashtrapati Bhavan. In 2010, Raasrang World Flute Festival had the privilege of performing the grand finale in honour of Smt. Prathibha Devisingh Patil Ji, a specially created ensemble of talented musicians from SriLanka, Bangladesh, Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu regaled the distinguished audience. It has the honour of presenting a special concert in honour of Late H E Shri Abdul Kalam Ji.
