Event Description : Our first workshop with Kaivalya convinced us about the wonders of improv for mental wellness. So much so, that we're kicking off a monthly series of improv sessions aimed at fostering a community centered around support & sharing. By integrating performance exercises with broader ideas of safety & acceptance, Headspace offers a space to play, participate & engage with others - themes linked to overall positivity. 

In Session 3, Gaurav Singh conducts a workshop which explores the "Fear of Failure".
