In his spare time, he put on the shoes of the Managing Partner of Bar Back Collective. But his designations don’t define him. Pankaj’s work ethic and tireless spirit (haha, pun) has seen him rise through the ranks in the food and beverage industry to becoming one of the most recognizable faces in the world of bartending. His legend travels far and wide, and he does too. He never leaves a place without spreading bar knowledge, Konga Shakers and laughs, all of which help keep the industry upgraded in quality, delivery and guest experience.
