Singer-songwriter Jelena Ciric’s music will draw you in with its warmth, quirkiness, and honesty. You’ll hear echoes of Serbia, where she was born, and of Canada, where she grew up. You’ll hear hints of folk, jazz, and pop, brought down to earth. Ultimately, you’ll hear a story – that’s stirring, heartbreaking, and laugh-out-loud funny.  

Jelena lives in Reykjavik, Iceland, where she performs solo and conducts the choir/supergroup Kliður. She holds a Master of Performance from the Berklee College of Music and a Bachelor of Classical Voice from the University of Toronto. In 2014, she recorded a duet with Placido Domingo on his album Encanto del Mar – Mediterranean Songs.
