Event Description : KIDS WORKSHOP "Art, Movement and Mindfulness Workshop" 

In order to develop an ability to focus, boost confidence and improve cognitive and social skills amongst the young brigade, we offer this workshop to foster mindfulness. This workshop will involve a fun mix of multiple physical activities such as using pictures, objects, simple movements, and music.
