Event Description : The Quart Project & Department of Social Welfare, Govt. of NCT of Delhi presents ‘The Red Festival 2.0 - Empowering Queer Art’ A festival for the empowerment of LGBTQIA+ community supported by Humsafar Trust, Aarambh Trust, Youthlead, Nazariya: A Grassroots LGBT-Straight Alliance and Miss TransQueen India By Suhani Dream Catchers. 

Event will include performances by the LGBTQIA+ community and a Panel discussion on ‘Empowerment of Transgender community’ by eminent activists, ministers and people from the community itself.
