Pariah is the pseudonym of London based producer Arthur Cayzer, whose series of releases on legendary Belgian label R&S has established him as one of the most exciting talents to emerge from the UK in recent years. Cayzer's R&S outings - 'Detroit Falls', 'Safehouses' and 'Rift' - showcase a variety of styles that have won him wide acclaim in a relatively short period of time. Looking through Pariah's discography it's clear to see that he favours a quality above quantity ethos, making each release or remix an essential acquisition for the long-term.
Together with close friend Jamie Roberts (Blawan) he formed the production duo of Karenn at the end of 2011. Specialising in dense slabs of heavy, mutating techno tracks for the floor, this gruesome twosome have become the leading lights of UK techno's resurgence. Debuting with the first release on their imprint Works The Long Nights (also known as Sheworks), which has quickly become one of the essential buy-on-sight labels around, Karenn's productions are rivaled only by their incendiary hands-on hardware based live sets.
The artist made early waves upon the release of his inaugural EP ‘Safehouses’ on legendary Belgian imprint R&S in 2010. Two follow-up EPs on R&S arrived over the next two years, but he then entered a musically frustrating period, finding himself unable to finish projects and feeling the pressure of meeting expectations.
In that time, he was still regularly DJing and making and performing music alongside Blawan in analogue techno project Karenn.

Frame/Frame is Nikhil Kaul, a New Delhi based producer and DJ. His first single, ‘Pastels’ was independently released in 2012 and since then he has evolved from an experimental, downtempo musician to a sonic architect adept at understanding the subtleties of a dance floor." " The sound, as a result, is a juxtaposition of the organic and the digital world – never allowing one to overpower the other, constantly transforming. It hasn’t been an uncommon sight to see Frame/Frame with a guitar, synthesiser, controller, laptop at clubs around the country, often with Sahil Mendiratta, a drummer with his own set of electronic pads and buttons. The live set was taken further to major festivals in the country such as Magnetic Fields Festival and NH7 Weekender. " " Cutting his teeth as a DJ over the last couple of years was courtesy playing at secret locations, playing long winding sets that would go on until the wee hours of the morning – it’s here that he honed his craft and the penchant for playing a collage of house, acid, techno, disco and breaks, yet somehow always drowning the audience in a sea of emotion. Storytelling is an important part of a Frame/Frame set – seamless transitions filled with cascading melodies that ensure that you never know when one track ends and another begins. " This taste is reflected in the curation of releases by his label, Lowlit Records started in 2015. Together with Bangalore-based Soulspace aka Vishnu PS, the collective has conducted workshops for likeminded creators and performers called Beat Desk and their annual compilation, ‘Better Late’, has garnered a steadily growing population of serious listeners. With 4 EPs under his belt and new music underway, looks like Frame/Frame isn’t going anywhere
