Event Description : THEATRE : Samarth Theatre Group presents its new production “The Job” Verbal / Non-Verbal Play.
About the play: Each home houses a window. This window allows one to take a look at the outside world, while opening its doors to the world within.
War is another name for this window, through the passage of which one can travel to the public and the domestic space.
Our protagonist in the journey of her story, amidst the chaos of war outside and within, sets out to find a middle ground between the spaces created by society. The dilemma of whether she finds a personal space or gets shackled in fetters of a different kind, lurks.
As the story progresses a pertinent question comes to fore.
