India's one and only Campus Film Festival is back. Watch Best of Campus Cinema from 14 countries in the 2nd edition of U-Special International Campus Film Festival in Delhi. Short Films, Documentaries and music videos selected from more than two dozen Indian and International Universities/Institutions to be part of the 2nd U-Special International Campus Film Festival.

About the Organization: The festival and forum is part of the 'Cinema for Change' initiative of CMSR Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation based in New Delhi. The Foundation, a registered body under the Indian Trust Act, has been established to harness the power of information, education and communications to bring positive social change.
