Event Description : FOOD FEST : National Skill Development Corporation(NSDC) would like to invite you to an event  “World on a Platter”. It is an international food festival that aims to attract food lovers who appreciate exploring the various cuisines from across the world. Apart from the mouth-watering food, each continent represented in the festival will have its own art decor, monuments and traditional attire, showcasing the culture making it a unique experience for the guests.

Besides, come explore the Skill India platform enhancing the youth skilled manpower, vocational and technical training framework, skill up-gradation, building of new skills, and innovative thinking. It is an initiative of the Government of India which has been launched to empower the youth of the country with skill sets which make them more employable and more productive in their work environment.

The Skill India Pavilion to be inaugurated by Hon’ble Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas and Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Shri Dharmendra Pradhan on 17 February, 2018 and would showcase talents trained by our Training Partners under our Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) scheme.  The Skill India Pavilion boasts of a number of attractions that include complimentary health check-up, complimentary makeup, together with various skills demonstrations and competitions.

Sri Jitendra Singh, Minister of State (MoS)– Prime Minister Office, Government of India,  has consented to be the Chief Guest at the valedictory function on 18 February, 2018.
