Raftaar is known for his rapping and singing but he started his career as a dancer named Max. There are a few people who are given the gift of being multitalented and Raftaar is one of them. He sings, raps, writes his own lyrics and even dances to them. In short, he is the complete package of entertainment. Very few people are aware of the fact that his real name is Dilin Nair. His birthday falls on 16th November 1988. He was born in Kerala and comes from a middle-class family as his mother was a typist and his father was a cleaner in Indian railway. He won BritAsia Award for "Swag Mera Desi" as the Best Urban Song Of The Year in 2014.
DJ Khushi Soni
If clichés be used, music is DJ Khushi Soni's raison d'être. But, if truth be told, it's the first, and till now, the only love of Khushi's life. Even though he's just 28 years old, Khushi's musical repertoire is quite rich, courtesy the early age at which he began his rendezvous with sounds. And over a period of 9 years, he has simply expanded his soundscape, experimenting with every possible genre of music.
Besides being SRK's official DJ, Khushi also modestly enjoys the title of 'The Bollywood Remix King'. It's his Bollywood remixes for movies like Ra One, Desi Boyz, Tume Mile, Main Aur Mrs Khanna, Kaminey, De Dana Dan, Agneepath, Housefull 2, Boss, Student Of The Year , Matru Ki Bajli Ka Mandola , Aashiqui 2 that have made him a household name in the Indian music fraternity. He's the only DJ who was had the pleasure of working with Grammy-winning artist Mr. A.R. Rahman. The ease with which he can dabble in sounds has taken him to the console at various top nightspots in the world and has played at most of the leading watering holes in India. He's also matched his skills with stalwarts like Shahrukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif , Kareena Kapoor amongst the film fraternity. And even though his ability lies in spinning sounds as varied as retro, hip hop as well as house, it's Bollywood and EDM sounds that he enjoys immensely. Having played at Bollyland, TOIFA, Zee Cine Awards, Filmfare Awards, Stardust Awards and a horde of others, he is famously known for his live gigs for the crème de la crème.
