Event Description : Uchaan Art Group presents "Colours of Life" A Group show of paintings, graphics & sculptures.

'Colours of life is and exhibition of paintings, graphics & sculptures depicting all forms of emotions that an artist brings to his/her work. It echoes around the variety of expressions, adventures,  experiences of life and how an artist chooses different shades to depict the different shades of life. The joys, the sorrows, the excitement & motivation, attainment and struggle. 

All in this accomplished group of participating artists demonstrate their own unique evolution and approach as also the colors of their life. 

“Colours of Life”  is conceptualized by Ms. Swagatika Mohanty, Artist & Curator of this exhibition.Swagatika Mohanty being a, self taught artist developed her skills converting her physical pain to paintings.  In a very short span of time she touched the limelight with her deligence  The exhibition will display around 40 works of paintings and sculptures of more than 15 Contemporary Artists. 

Participating Artists are Akshay verma, Ayushi Negi, Anil Kohli, Brajesh Kumar, Dipali Despande,  Gauri Seth, Kamal Gupta, Kamla Jha, Manish Modanwal, Neelam Sharma, Neelesh Ganesh, Poonam Singhal, Rama Katoch, Rekha Kumar, Satvik Sharma, Shailee Tripathi, Shalini Gupta, Shivani Ratra, Upasana Srivastava, Vaishali Narang.

Anil kohli ji one of the eminent international artist with a big fan following specially at Denmark His presence in the exhibition is a big morale booster for the young artists. And with the kind of encouragement being roped in the chief guest Ms Rashmi Sachdeva who is well known for her live for art adds to the flavor. Just as we discuss about the shades of life our participants come from  diverse backgrounds.. Gauri Seth at the age of 60 decided to paint owing to her craving for art and her passion & work are commendable. Next in line is Neelesh a BFA student fighting all difficulties and making art give him a well meaning life. We also have a dentist who is an artist, using art as a stress buster. On similar footing Suddha R Sama is to give a talk on art as therapy. And yes art works Wonder as therapy the finest example is our youngest artist Satvik Sharma who speaks volumes via his mesmerizing vibrant use of colours in his abstract paintings exceptional at an age of 12years.
