Event Description : Raza Foundation and Civil Services Officers' Institute are holding a discussion on "Non Recognition of Excellence: Artistic Values in Dance", the eighth in a series of "Art Dialogues".

The panel will consist of renowned Kathak dancers Shovana Narayan and Aditi Mangaldas.

Poet and film writer Udayan Vajpeyi will moderate the discussion.
