A committed teacher can alter the the life of students forever. When a young man moves to rural India to teach at a school, infusing creativity and curiosity in his class, a clash with the authorities is inevitable. Caste and class hierarchies are shaken. The stage is set for a conflict between knowledge and the Indian education. A classroom full of vivacious students adds to the chaos as the play highlights our stubborn resistance to change.
