Event Description : WORKSHOP : Open Kalaripayattu Workshop. 

Kalaripayattu of Kerala is one of the most ancient martial art forms in the world. Through its very scientific physical discipline, it opens up the practitioner to become strong, flexible and focused- physically, mentally and spiritually; the reason why theatre artists/dancers practice as a daily discipline. 

KALARIGRAM, next to Adishakti, Auroville P.O. is a holistic Kalari gurukulam, founded by LAKSHMAN GURUKKAL, that trains artists from all over the world. It focuses on synergy of Kalaripayattu with ancient Indian arts and spirituality.
