Kavtina aka Shona Das from picturesque Pondicherry is a power artist. This lady showcases a wide range of sounds using her exquisite taste in track selection in her exclusive sets. From ambient to bass heavy, she doesn’t restrain herself to one genre. Starting off as a Karaoke Jockey Kavtina started delving deeper into underground music, and began developing her skills as a DJ. She has been steadily carving out a niche for herself since. Continually evolving and understanding different styles of music is the USP to make her sets distinctive. She's however most loved for her unique Deep Tech/ Indie Dance and NuDisco sets. UK Disco king Joey Negro, Purple Disco Machine, Kraak n Smaak, Re-Tide, Babert, Chaka Ken , Junktion, Dr.Packer are her top inspirations. Her music greets us with a deep vibe and a thick atmosphere.
