The Attack of Vader and Ray (Blues) - Tuesday, 6th June’17
The story of the blues, is the history of African Americans told through the story of their most popular music. But perhaps most fundamentally, the story of the blues is one of American race relations, a document of struggle and conflict on the one hand, but also a suggestion of something universally human that just might point the way toward a future more premised on understanding and cooperation.
Vader and Ray have been playing the guitar for a while now. They seem to really enjoy it. They mostly play the blues.

EYM Trio - Wednesday, 7th June’17
EYM is the perfect balance between terrific rhythms and beautiful harmonies. Playfulness, sensitivity in the sound is what is striking with EYM Trio, keeping public spellbound. The band was born of the meeting between pianist Elie Dufour, double bassist Yann Phayphet and drummer Marc Michel in 2010, in France. They created a strong repertory including personal compositions, covers and ethnic music (Jazz with colors coming from North Africa, Bulgaria, Romania, India, and a lot of other parts of the world). EYM creates a very personal and captivating universe, respecting the masters of jazz history.
