Event Description : THEATRE : VERBUM presents 'Grey and Glitter' English Play. 

Verbum, the English Dramatics Society of Sri Venkateswara College brings to you its annual public production, 'Grey and Glitter'.

Somewhere in Darjeeling, Vanya and Soniya, two lumps of the same log have entered the second innings of their lives. 

Years of struggle and redundancy have rendered their lives much like their 'chai', cold and insipid.

When their house help (a self proclaimed psychic) warns them of impending danger, a fresh pot of tea is set to brew, with the entrance of their sibling Masha, the theatre/film industry mogul. 

In a chai induced concoction of Chekhov inspired ennui, imperfect lives and perfect moments, find out what happens when each character, through a course of extensive human interaction, tries to trace some glitter in their grey lives.
