Things to keep in mind:
· Ticketed complex and parking fee applicable for the authorized parking outside the complex.
· Carry water bottles and wear comfortable walking shoes
· Official entry fee: Rs 30 (Indians), and Rs 500 (Foreigners)
· Photography charges: Free (still camera). The rules are stricter for videography and prior permission might be required.
· Kindly note that we will be closing registration after the first thirty entries.
· After the online registration, if the participant is unable to attend the walk kindly inform us through an email or phone call at least one day prior to the walk.

Event Description : WALK : Sahapedia presents ‘Maqbara –e- Humayun’

Did you know that Humayun’s Tomb in Delhi is the first-ever heritage site in the world to undergo an expansion after 11 garden tombs in its vicinity were given the world heritage status by UNESCO last month? The recognition has come about due to the concerted efforts of the Aga Khan Trust for Culture and the Archaelogical Survey of India’s concerted restoration efforts since 2007.
Join us for a guided walk on December 23rd, Friday, as we take you through this unique complex, giving you insights on its history and restoration work.
