About The Capital City Minstrels : The Capital City Minstrels (CCM) is comprised of people from all walks of life – university students and professionals such as doctors, lawyers, architects, teachers, development practitioners, corporate executives and embassy personnel, of all ages and nationalities.

About CCM’s Conductor : Delhi based musician, Sharmila Livingston, returns as Conductor of the Capital City Minstrels. After graduating with a degree in music from Wheaton College in the US, she has conceptualized, composed and directed several originalmusicals, commissioned in celebration of major milestone events, with casts ranging from 350-1000 members. She was a soloist and Conductor of CCM in 2008 touring with the choir and helping to organize their maiden European performances in Hungary, Germany and France. 
Sharmilahas lived in the US, Japan and India with her family who share her love for people, travel, languages and culture, and support her in all her adventures.
